All online payments are processed through PayPal to ensure the security of your details.
If you would like to pay by another means please contact ODR in advance during Office Hours.
Many of our Resource Packages provide samples for you to download and review before choosing to make your investment.

You can purchase complete workshop packages to run workshops internally, develop your individual skills or register yourself and/or your staff to participate in interactive online courses for professional development.

1. Go to the Purchase Resources page on the ODR website and locate the resource you wish to purchase.
2. Type the amount of licences you require in the quantity field.
3. Click add to cart, from the shopping cart page and then click Checkout.
5. Existing customers can log in to proceed, or create a new account by entering your details.
6. You are required to agree to the terms and conditions or service before confirming your order.
7. Once you have confirmed your order you will be directed to the Paypal website to process your payment.
8. Once the payment has been processed you will receive an email with a copy of your order and a link to where you can download your resources.
For all ODR Resources you will have 24 hours from time of purchase to be able to download your resource package - and a maximum of 3 attempts.
If you encounter any problems please contact ODR during office hours.
Note: this does not apply to Online Courses.
Registering for online courses is the same as purchasing resources - add the course to your shopping cart and then follow the steps to create your account and process the payment.
After the payment is processed you will receive an email with a link to your online course, click on the link, enter your details when requested, you will now be able to access your online resources.
You will be able to access your online workshop resources at any time by logging in to the Account Login section on the home page of the ODR website.
Studying online enables you to access your resources at any time of the day or night.
For each registration, you will receive 6 months access to the online workshop resources delivered via the ODR Virtual Learning Environment.
Once you have registered for an account and payment has been processed you will receive an email containing a link to access your online course.

Many online courses provide documentation available for you to download and save onto your computer to reuse in your business activities.
You can also interact with other participants of the workshop through the workshop forum provided with your registration.
