This exit interview is one way for organisations to gather information on the reasons why staff leave and gain feedback on various aspects of staff employment. It will provide an opportunity to determine what actions could be taken that may improve retention, staff satisfaction and management effectiveness. The unnecessary loss of experienced employees is of significant cost to any organisation. Investment in addressing the issues contributing to employee turnover can assist in retaining valuable employees.
Organisations encouraging staff who are leaving to complete this exit interview will provide access for them to this survey. This is a voluntary process with no compulsion for the staff member to comply.
