ODR consultants facilitate a portfolio of strategy consulting services. From current state analysis to future state visioning and planning, we design and deliver a context appropriate methodology utilizing our extensive experience gained over many different fields of commerce and industry.

We facilitate the systematic analysis of internal and external environments to explore potential opportunities, distill critical path challenges, determine their resolution and align initiatives to create advantage. We utilize a systems approach to identify elements of the organization that contribute to performance and may not be aligned to greatest efficiency. We evaluate where the business processes are not consistent with organizational strategy and identify where disconnnects between stated values and management practices / staff behaviour is undermining momentum. Where there is lack of clarity around the issues contributing to lowered performance, we conduct root-cause analysis to identify precisely what is driving the disconnect.

Our strategy design, implementation and evaluation services utilize and embed employee engagement and commitment. We partner internal subject matter expertise in establishing the solution and facilitate planning for resolving issues.
